Active ingredient:
| Paracetamol | 500 mg |
Excipients: Pregelatinized starch, sodium croscarmellose, silicon dioxide, povidone K30, magnesium stearate, HPMC, PEG.
- Treatment of mild and moderate pain including headache, toothache, painful menstrual periods, pain associated with osteoarthritis, muscular pains, influenza.
- Reduces fever in case of influenza or respiratory infections.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
PARALMAX is administered orally, it can be used together or not with foods.
Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 tablets repeated every 4-6 hours to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children 6-12 years: ½-1 tablet repeated every 4-6 hours to a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Children under 6 years: Use another suitable dosage form.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Patients with severe renal or severe hepatic impairment.
Patients with thalassemia due to G6PD deficiency.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine.
Alcoholics, patients with severe renal impairment.
Patients should be advised that paracetamol may cause severe skin reactions such as Steven-Johnson syndrome (SIS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) or Lyell’s syndrome, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP).
